Return Procedure

Whatever the reason, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them, including the original packaging.

To initiate a return request, please email us at support@bycharlottes.ca. We will guide you through the process. Please pack the items carefully and ship them via a reliable carrier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, rest assured, no restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return has been processed, you will automatically be refunded the full purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.

If it takes longer, please contact us and we will check the situation immediately.

Exchanges

Not entirely satisfied with an item and wish to exchange it? No problem. Contact us at support@bycharlottes.ca, specifying the items you wish to exchange and the reason. We will do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email us at support@bycharlottes.ca. Please do so as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and send them to us at support@bycharlottes.ca, including your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
