Important information:
- Order deadline: 11:00 PM EST
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday)
- Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Delivery information
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have received your order. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday).
If you order before 11:00 PM EST, we will process your order the same day. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
With us, you will get FREE premium shipping in Canada on all orders.
Delivery delays
If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and you still haven't received your order, don't worry. Please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, please contact us with your order number.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email us at support@bycharlottes.ca. Please do so as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel it.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and email them to us at support@bycharlottes.ca , including your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
